Bali - Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo mendapatkan kesempatan untuk menggunakan mobil listrik sebagai kendaraan dinas dalam rangka pengamanan Konferensi Tingkat Tinggi (KTT) G20 di Bali, Senin (14/11/2022).
Mobil listrik yang digunakan adalah merek Hyundai tipe Ionic 5 berwarna hitam, Kapolri pun langsung menggunakan mobil ramah lingkungan tersebut usai menghadiri HUT ke-77 Brimob di kawasan ITDC, Nusa Dua, Bali. Acara ulang tahun Korps Brigade Mobil tersebut berlangsung sederhana dengan memotong tumpeng. Pasalnya, Polri saat ini tengah fokus dalam rangka pengamanan KTT G20.
"Namun demikian di sela-sela kegiatan pam KTT G20, hari ini kita tetap melaksanakan hari ulang tahun Brimob secara sederhana. Kita berdoa bersama agar Brimob khususnya sukses dalam pengamanan KTT G20 dan tentunya ke depan Brimob akan semakin jaya dan semakin hebat dalam berbakti untuk negeri," ungkapnya.
"Saya ucapkan selamat hari ulang tahun ke-77 untuk Brimob. Brigade jiwa ragamu untuk kemanusiaan," jelasnya kembali.
Mengenai penggunaan mobil listrik oleh Kapolri sebagai kendaraan dinas, Kadiv Humas Polri, Irjen Dedi Prasetyo mengatakan "Ini dalam rangka mendukung penyelenggaraan KTT G20 di Bali yang dalam pelaksanaan operasional menggunakan mobil listrik. Ini juga sebagai wujud mendukung energi ramah lingkungan," jelasnya.
Seperti diketahui, dalam pertemuan pimpinan dunia pada KTT G20 menjadi awal konversi mobil listrik di Indonesia. Setidaknya ada 616 unit kendaraan listrik yang akan dioperasikan selama KTT G20 digelar 15-16 November 2022. PLN menjelaskan 123 unit berupa Genesis G80 untuk tamu VVIP, 246 Hyundai Ioniq buat para delegasi, 124 unit Hyundai Ioniq buat leadcar, dan 123 unit Lexus UX300e untuk pengamanan.
Sementara dari Polri menyiapkan 176 kendaraan listrik yang terdiri dari 88 unit kendaraan roda empat dan 88 unit kendaraan roda dua.
