Muara Bungo. Satresnarkoba Polres Bungo berhasil mengungkap sebanyak 3(tiga) kasus Tindak pidana penyalahgunaan Narkotika jenis sabu di wilayah Hukum Polres Bungo, ketiga kasus tersebut merupakan hasil pengungkapan dalam 1 (satu) hari.
Kapolres Bungo AKBP Guntur Saputro, S.I.K.,M.H serta didampingi Kasat Resnarkoba AKP. Lumbrian Hayudi Putra, S.I.K.,M.H, dan dihadiri Dandim 0416/Bute Letkol Inf Arianto Maskare Subagio, S.Sos.,M.Si saat Konferensi Pers pada hari Rabu (08/09/2021) di Mapolres Bungo.
“Kapolres Bungo Menjelaskan, dalam 1(satu) hari pihaknya melalui Tim Opsnal Satresnarkoba Polres Bungo berhasil mengungkap upaya peredaran Narkotika jenis sabu di wilayah Hukum Polres Bungo di 3(tiga) tempat.
“Narkotika jenis sabu seberat 26,35 Gram ini berhasil diamankan dari 6 (enam) orang tersangka, di 3 (tiga) tempat yang berbeda yaitu,
– di PT.SAL Desa cilodang, Kecamatan pelepat, Kabupaten Bungo, pada hari minggu (05/09/2021) sekira pukul 19:30 wib.
– di JL.Teuku umar Rt 014 Rw 005, Kelurahan pasir putih, Kecamatan Rimbo tengah, Kabupaten Bungo, pada hari senin tanggal (06/09/2021) sekira pukul 01:30 wib.
– di depan AlfaMart Jl.lintas sumatra, Kelurahan Bungo Barat, Kecamatan pasar Muara Bungo, pada hari senin (06/09/2021) sekira pukul 03:00 dini hari.
Dari 3(tiga) Kasus, dan 3 (tiga) lokasi yang berbeda dengan 6 orang Tersangka diantaranya 4 orang Laki-laki dan 2 orang perempuan merupakan ibu rumah tangga yakni,
– ES (43) wiraswasta, warga Dusun pelayang, Kecamatan bathin II Pelayang, Kabupaten Bungo.
– W (38) wiraswasta, warga Jalan angso duo, Kelurahan Bungo barat, Kecamatan pasar Muara Bungo.
– A (26) mahasiswa, warga Lorong pemuda Rt 002 Rw 001, Kelurahan pasir putih, Kecamatan rimbo tengah, Kabupaten Bungo.
– SH (38) wiraswasta, warga Jl.teuku umar Rt 014 Rw 005, Kelurahan pasir putih, Kecamatan rimbo tengah, Kabuapaten Bungo.
– IP (23) wiraswasta, warga Dusun Peninjau, Kecamatan bathin II pelayang, Kabupaten Bungo.
– VD (28) wiraswasta, warga Kelurahan pasir putih, Kecamatan rimbo tengah, Kabupaten Bungo.
Atas perbuatan ke 6 orang Tersangka kini meringkuk di Sel Tahanan Mapolres Bungo, dan dijerat dengan Pasal 114 ayat (2) Juncto Pasal 112 ayat (2) UU RI No.35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika, dengan ancaman Hukuman 4 sampai 12 Tahun Pidana Penjara.
Lebih lanjut Kapolres Bungo Menambahkan, “Pengungkapan ini adalah sebagai wujud TNI dan Polri bersinergi akan terus memberantas tegas seluruh penyalahgunaan narkotika yang masih mencoba2 mengedarkan narkotika jenis apapun, Dan dihimbau kepada seluruh Masyarakat khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Bungo agar tidak sama sekali menggunakan narkoba jenis apapun, Mari kita sama-sama jahui dan perangi narkoba, dan apabila ada informasi sekecil apapun tentang narkoba jangan segan-segan melaporkan ke Polsek terdekat maupun Polres Bungo untuk ditindak lanjuti,”Ucap Kapolres.
